Wholesale and distribution
Make repeat orders simple.
Trade customers want to reorder quickly and know when goods will arrive. We help wholesalers reduce the manual handling between an order arriving and it leaving the warehouse.
- No website needed to start

Sound familiar?
Where repeat orders get stuck.
- Regular customers send orders by email, phone and text, and each is re-keyed.
- Trade prices and terms differ by customer and are hard to apply consistently.
- Customers call to check availability and delivery dates.
- Purchasing from your own suppliers relies on someone spotting low stock in time.

Headache finder
What’s your biggest headache?
Two quick picks, no typing. You get the change that could help, the step from sign in to tracking it touches and the services that could fit. Nothing is promised.

Your result
Pick your biggest headache and how trade customers mostly order to see where to start.
What changes
What could change.
- Repeat orders arrive in one format, ready to check and pick without re-keying.
- Each customer's agreed prices and terms are applied the same way every time.
- Customers can see order status and dispatch details without phoning.
- Reorder points are agreed, so low stock is flagged before it runs out.
Possibilities we work towards with you, not promised results.

How it could work, from sign in to dispatch.
Illustrative example: made up to show how the steps fit together. It is not a client story.
Step 1: Sign in
A trade customer signs in and sees their own prices and previous orders.
Step 2: Reorder
They repeat a past order, adjust quantities and choose variants from a clear list.
Step 3: Confirm
The order reaches your team in one format, ready to check and pick, with no re-keying.
Step 4: Track
The customer sees the order status and dispatch details without needing to call.

How we help
Services that often fit.
A starting point, not a package. After a conversation we suggest only what is worth doing, with the scope and price in writing before you commit.
No website yet?
Plenty of wholesalers trade on relationships and a price list, with no public website. We can start with a conversation about how orders arrive and move through the business.
The £300 per month offer is for brochure and lead-generation websites. Everything else is quoted after a meeting, once the scope is agreed. How pricing works
Can each trade customer see their own prices?
Yes, a trade portal can show customer-specific prices and terms. How they are maintained is agreed during scoping.
Will this work with our stock system?
It depends on the access your stock system offers. We check that before quoting, and do not show live stock we cannot rely on.
Our customers like to phone. Will they use a portal?
Some will and some will not. We usually start with the customers who order most often and keep phone ordering open.
Is the headache finder a real assessment?
No. It is an illustrative example, written on this page from your two picks using fixed rules. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send it. In the chat we look at how orders actually arrive, get priced, picked and tracked today.
Do we need a trade portal to start?
No. The first step is often one agreed order format, or customer prices kept in one place. A portal customers use themselves can come later, if at all. You decide what, if anything, is worth doing.
Try the demos
Any type of business can enquire. What matters is the need and the fit, not the industry.
Ask us
Tell us how orders arrive now.
A line or two on what you supply, how trade customers order and where the re-keying or calls pile up is plenty. If you used the headache finder above, the result comes with your message. A person reads every message and replies by email to arrange a chat.
Next step
Let’s talk about the orders you key in every week.
Bring how an order goes from arriving to leaving the warehouse today. We will say plainly what could help first, and what is not worth doing yet.
