AI training

Use AI at work, and still trust what goes out.

Most teams have been told to use AI and few have been shown how. We teach it through the work your people already do, with its limits in plain sight.

  • Quoted after a meeting
  • No confidential data needed
  • Demo available

Sound familiar?

Where AI at work goes wrong.

  • Staff use AI tools in different ways, and nobody knows what is being shared.
  • People tried it once, got a poor answer and gave up.
  • There is no agreed way to check AI output before it reaches a customer.
  • We don’t know where to start, or what is safe to share.

Readiness check

How ready is your team for AI?

Four quick questions, no typing. You get a readiness stage in words, the tasks to practise first, the safe-use basics that match your concerns and what a working session could cover. No scores, and nothing is promised.

Illustrative example

How big is the team?
Where is AI in your work today?

Your result

Pick your team size and where AI is today to see your readiness.

What changes

What could change.

  • Your team knows which tasks AI helps with and which it does not.
  • Clear rules on data, checking and responsibility.
  • A few useful routines that people keep using.
  • People say when an answer may be a guess, and check it before it is used.

Possibilities we work towards with you, not promised results.

An example

Drafting replies to common enquiries

We only publish client work with permission. Ask us for relevant examples in a meeting. How we work

Illustrative example

Made up to show the kind of change. It is not a client story.

A team spends time each day answering similar customer questions. In a working session, staff practise writing a useful brief, generate a draft reply from made-up example details and then check it against a short list: facts, tone, promises and anything that needs a human decision.

How it works

How the sessions work.

  1. Step 1: Pick real tasks

We choose everyday jobs your team already does, using made-up examples rather than confidential data.

  2. Step 2: Agree the rules

We set out what can be shared, which tools are allowed and who checks the output.

  3. Step 3: Practise together

Hands-on working sessions where people write briefs, review answers and spot mistakes.

  4. Step 4: Follow up

Simple guides to come back to, and a review of what people are using and what needs more help.

Something not covered here? Book a chat

Will AI replace my staff?

That is not what we teach. We focus on useful work, its limits and how people check the results.

Do we need to share confidential data?

No. Sessions use made-up examples, and part of the training is deciding what should never be shared.

Is this for technical people?

No. The sessions are built for people who do the everyday work, whatever their comfort with technology.

Is the readiness check a real assessment?

No. It is an illustrative example, written on this page from your picks using fixed rules. It is not a score or a test, and nothing is sent anywhere. In the chat we talk through where your team actually is.

Will the training save us time?

We do not promise time savings. Some tasks may get quicker once people are confident, and some are better left to people. The sessions are about knowing which is which, and checking what AI produces before it is used.

Which AI tools do you teach?

We work with the tools your business already uses or is considering, and help you agree which ones are approved. Tool subscriptions are not included, and we do not sell them.

Ask us

Ask about AI training.

Tell us who would take part and the tasks that take up their time. If you checked your team’s readiness above, the result comes with your message. A person reads every message and replies by email to arrange a chat.

Next step

Let’s talk about a first session.

Bring two or three everyday tasks. We will say plainly where AI could help, where it should not, and the checks to agree before anything reaches a customer.
