From a single contact page to a clear enquiry route

Illustrative example
Made up to show the kind of change. It is not a client story.
A local business has one page with a phone number. Customers ring at all hours with the same three questions. A short set of service pages answers those questions, and an enquiry form asks for the job type, location and preferred contact time, so the first call back starts with the facts.
It covers the brochure and lead-generation website described here. Ecommerce, interactive tools and connected systems are quoted separately after a meeting.
What is the first payment?
Two months’ fee, paid upfront as a setup payment. It is not a free month. On the £300 offer that is £600 upfront, then £300 a month from month 2, with a 6-month minimum term. No VAT is charged at present.
Who writes the words?
That is agreed in the meeting. You can supply copy for us to edit, or we can write it with your input.
Can I keep my current domain?
Usually, yes. We check who controls the domain and email settings before anything moves.
Will the site rank on Google?
We set up sound search foundations, but nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. Ongoing SEO can be added as separate work.
I do not have a website yet. Can I still start?
Yes. We start with a chat about the business and what a good enquiry looks like. Your domain and email set-up are checked in the meeting before anything is built.
What happens to my answers in the enquiry-route builder?
They stay on this page unless you send the form or book a chat, when they travel with your message. Otherwise we only see, without your name, that the builder was used.
Tell us a little about the business. If you built a route above, it comes with your message. A person reads every message and replies by email to arrange a chat.
