Email marketing

Follow up every enquiry, without having to remember.

Many enquiries are not ready to buy on the day. Thoughtful email keeps you in touch with people who have shown interest and brings past customers back.

  • Quoted after a meeting

Sound familiar?

Where keeping in touch goes wrong.

  • Enquiries go quiet after the quote, and nobody follows up.
  • We have a list of past customers and never write to them.
  • The newsletter goes out when someone has time, then stops for months.
  • I’m not sure who we are actually allowed to email.

Flow planner

Plan your first email flows.

Three quick questions, no typing. You get a short plan of the first flows worth setting up, what starts each one, when each email goes and how every send is approved.

What do you sell?
How do people first reach you?
What do you send today?

Pick any that apply.

Your result

Pick what you sell and how people first reach you to see your suggested flows.

What changes

What could change.

  • A welcome and follow-up sequence that runs reliably.
  • Messages that are relevant to the audience they reach.
  • Clear permission records, unsubscribe handling and approval before each send.
  • Follow-ups that no longer depend on someone remembering, and stop as soon as a person replies.

Possibilities we work towards with you, not promised results.

An example

Following up a quote that went quiet

We only publish client work with permission. Ask us for relevant examples in a meeting. How we work

Illustrative example

Made up to show the kind of change. It is not a client story.

A business sends quotes but rarely hears back. A short follow-up sequence checks whether the quote arrived, answers common questions and offers a time to talk. Each message is approved before it goes live and stops as soon as the customer replies.

How it works

How we set it up with you.

  1. Step 1: Agree the purpose

We decide who each email is for, what it should achieve and when it should stop.

  2. Step 2: Check permission

We review how contacts were collected and set up audiences, exclusions and unsubscribe handling.

  3. Step 3: Write and approve

We draft the emails, test them and send nothing until you approve the exact version and audience.

  4. Step 4: Send and review

We schedule approved emails and review responses with you to decide what to change.

Scope and price

What is included, and what it costs.

The scope is agreed after a meeting and written into your proposal before you commit. All final quotes follow a meeting.

Usually included

  • Welcome, follow-up and re-engagement journeys
  • Audience and permission setup
  • Email writing and design
  • Testing and approval before sending
  • Response review

Proposed inclusions until your written proposal confirms them.

Not included, or needs checking

  • Buying or renting email lists
  • Email platform subscription costs
  • Sending to contacts without a lawful basis
  • Transactional order emails, unless part of an ecommerce scope

Anything here can be scoped and quoted separately.

Quote required

Quoted after a meeting

The price depends on the number of journeys and campaigns, the size and state of your contact list, the platform and how often you want to send.

  • No fixed tiers: the price follows the agreed scope.
  • Scope, price and term in writing before you commit.

Questions

Practical questions.

Something not covered here? Book a chat

Can you send to a list we bought?

No. We only send to people with an appropriate basis for contact, and we help you build your own list properly.

Who approves each email?

You do. Approval applies to a specific version and audience, and nothing is sent without it.

Which platform do you use?

We work with your existing platform if it is suitable, or recommend one that fits your size and needs.

Is the flow plan a real email plan?

No. It is put together on this page from your picks, using fixed example flows and timings. Nothing is sent, and nothing you pick leaves this page unless you send the form or book a chat. We plan the real flows with you.

Can we email past customers who never signed up to a newsletter?

Sometimes. Usually people need to have agreed to hear from you. There is a narrow exception for your own customers about similar things, if they were given a clear chance to opt out when they bought and in every email since. We check how your contacts were collected before anything is sent. This is a general outline, not legal advice.

Ask us

Ask about email.

Tell us a little about who you email now and how they first reach you. If you planned flows above, the plan comes with your message. A person reads every message and replies by email to arrange a chat.

About: Email marketing

Everything is required unless it says optional.

If you would rather we call.

A person replies by email. We do not add you to a mailing list.

We only use what you send to reply to you and prepare for our conversation. Read our privacy notice.

Next step

Let’s talk about keeping in touch.

Bring a recent enquiry that went quiet. We will say plainly which flows we would set up first, how consent and approval would work and what we would review, scoped and quoted.
